YEAR 6 OLYMPIC GAMES

It was fitting that the last Olympic Games session belonged to our soon-to-be-departed Year 6 children. There was an atmosphere of great expectation as the first events commenced, though Mr Cranston’s starting gun refused to play along. There were many memorable moments, including Katie gaining medals in all four events (a feat only equalled by Caelia in 4JP) and Arthur’s emphatic victory in the run. Talia’s pace was blistering in the 60m sprint and Theo threw a colossal 38.4m in the throw. What more can we say except good luck in Year 7 and we’ll miss you next year.
