Year 5 PE 19.09.17: Health & Wellbeing

As well as hockey and fencing this afternoon, we also focused on the health and wellbeing aspect of PE and talked all things sleep: why do we sleep, what does it do, why do we usually sleep at night and not during the day? Too many questions, which can only be addressed with a touch of sleep research. Try and keep a sleep diary or log (slog!!) to answer some of them. Sweet dreams 🙂Slide1
